Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

2. Initiating a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us at Theabayaedit@outlook.com with the subject line:

Return Request – [Your Order Number]
or
Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief reason for the request
  • If exchanging, the preferred replacement item/size

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days with further instructions.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, or alteration will not be accepted
  • Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as The Abaya Edit is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels
  • Once your return is received and approved, exchanged items will be shipped out by us at no additional cost

5. Store Credit

If you choose store credit:

  • A credit note will be emailed to you once your return has been approved
  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Store credits can be used on any available item on our website

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Theabayaedit.info@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the matter promptly and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
